CONCRETE FORM RELEASER COMPOSITION OF COMPOSITE COPOLYMER AND THE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A concrete form releaser and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce construction delay due to the frequent coating of the releaser. CONSTITUTION: Quaternary copolymer resin is synthesized(S110). Tertiary copolymer resin is synthesized(S120). One of composite copolymer resin, quaternary copolymer resin, and tertiary copolymer resin is solved with organic solvent(S130). Additive like fluorine based resin or non-ionic surfactant is added with 0.1 to 3 % of the weight of the releaser to increase spray force and heterogeneity(S150).
