PURPOSE: A wanted-vehicle and illegal parking crackdown system are provided to display the image of license plate and registration number and address information on the screen of a PDA or smart phone by taking a picture of illegal parking vehicles. CONSTITUTION: In a wanted-vehicle and illegal parking crackdown system, the display screen of a smart phone or a PDA comprises a license plate image area(300). A license plate display domain(310) displays the only obtained license plate numbers. An address field(320) displays the only address.
