PURPOSE: A three-dimensional displacement measuring device is provided to be applied to examine a filed for the reliability recovery of high pressure and high temperature piping. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional displacement measuring device comprises a building fixing unit(10), an extension bar(20), an angle measuring unit(30), a measuring unit(40) and a piping fixing unit(50). The building fixing part comprises a building fixed body and measuring unit fixed body. The measuring unit fixed body can revolve around one point of the building fixed body. The angle measuring unit is composed of an angle measuring member and an angle bar fixing unit. The fixing part is connected to one point of the measured body pipe.
