<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump system capable of automatically and quickly returning from an air-lock condition. <P>SOLUTION: This pump system includes: a pump chamber for sucking and discharging a fluid by reciprocating a reciprocating member; a suction opening for leading the fluid into the pump chamber; a discharge opening for discharging the fluid from the pump chamber; a pump having an air discharge opening for discharging air generated in the pump chamber and having a flow checker for detecting a flow condition of the fluid to issue a detection signal; a recovery flow passage connected to the air discharge opening in one end thereof to make the air pass therethrough; a solenoid valve for opening/closing the recovery flow passage; and a control section for driving the pump based on a pump driving signal and for controlling the pump and the solenoid valve based on a detection signal. When the control section detects an air-lock condition of the pump based on the detection signal, the control section controls the solenoid valve to open the recovery flow passage, and increases the number of stroke of the pump to the number of stroke for automatic return to discharge the air inside of the pump chamber from the air discharge opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
