PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired printed wiring board at a low cost in a short time by simplifying design work of the printed wiring board. SOLUTION: Multiple kinds of ready-made printed wiring board modules are registered and stored in a database 4 as a library. The printed wiring board modules stored and registered in the database 4 are presented to a client 1. The client 1 selects one or more of the multiple kinds of presented printed wiring board modules, and designs and constitutes one printed wiring board by combining the plurality of selected printed wiring board modules. Design data of the designed and constituted printed wiring board is transmitted from the client 1 to a company 2. A mask film for use in manufacturing the printed wiring board is plotted on the basis of the transmitted design data.
