PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute extension to a stream cipher with authentication without changing a stream cipher algorithm body. SOLUTION: Initialization processing is executed. Then, a key sequence is generated. The generated key sequence is bisected, the exclusive OR operation of one of the divided key sequences and plain text is executed and cipher text is output. The exclusive OR operation of data in which the exclusive OR operation of two arbitrary registers among feedback shift registers is executed, the other divided key sequence and the plain text is executed, and input is performed successively to the feedback shift registers. After the input of the plain text is ended, a fixed bit string is input, the feedback shift registers are idled, and a message authenticator is output.
