PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device preventing malfunction of a control part even when a signal input into the control part varies in logic level. SOLUTION: The vehicular control device includes: the first control part 30 including a control processing part controlling a target of control and a failure detection processing part detecting failure concerning the target of control; a power supply control part 21 converting battery voltage and supplying the same to the first control part; and a second control part 20 including a failure detection prohibition processing part 22 which outputs a failure detection prohibition signal DI for prohibiting execution of a predetermined failure detection process by the first control part when detecting lowering of the output voltage of a battery B, and outputting a plurality of signals including the failure detection prohibition signal to the first control part. The first control part includes a signal determination processing part determining the truth of a signal level of the failure detection prohibition signal based on the logic level of the failure detection prohibition signal and the signal level of a voltage monitor signal BATTO monitoring the output voltage of the battery.
