PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transport device preventing a tube from deteriorating due to continuous pressing and improving the transport accuracy of fluid. SOLUTION: In the fluid transport device, a detachable case internally formed with a flow passage is composed to be attachable to and detachable from a body case provided with a pressing member for pressing the tube and when the detachable case is installed to the body case, the tube composing the flow passage is pressed by the pressing member. In the flow passage, a portion pressed with the pressing member is composed of the tube and the remaining portion is composed integrally with the detachable case. With this, as the tube is not pressed always, the tube can be prevented from deteriorating. Further, by limiting the tube, from which vaporized fluid tends to escape, only to the pressed portion, reduction of the fluid during transport can be suppressed.
