PRODUCTION PROCESS OF SHOCK ABSORBER WITH FILM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of shock absorber with film capable of arranging a resin film easily and precisely on the shock absorber regardless of complication in surface shape of the shock absorber. SOLUTION: The resin film 34 is molded beforehand along the shape of a lower mold cavity 16 of mold 10 for molding the shock absorber. Thereafter a hard polyurethane shock absorber 32 is molded integrally with the resin film 34; by arranging the resin film 34 in the mold 10, further putting a hard polyurethane foaming material in the mold 10 and foaming.
