PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy removal when a mounted member sticks to a position other than the predetermined position while enabling easy mounting of the mounted member on a predetermined position, and further, to improve the positioning accuracy of the mounted member. SOLUTION: In this vehicle component mounting structure 10 in which the mounted member 22 is mounted on a mounting surface 21 of a vehicle body using a clip 23, the clip 23 comprises: a holding part 31 for holding the mounted member 22; a magnet 33 which is provided on the holding part 31, and which has an attraction surface 32 for being mounted on the mounting surface 21 of the vehicle body by magnetic force; and a nonmagnetic protruding part 34 which protrudes toward the mounting surface 21 of the vehicle body from the attraction surface 32 of the magnet 33, and which can be fitted into a fitting hole 26 formed in the mounting surface 21 of the vehicle body.
