PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface tension measuring device that facilitates usage with a simple structure, and achieves high accuracy while using a small amount of liquid sample, at low cost. SOLUTION: The surface tension measuring device is characterized by plotting a scale for reading surface tension value on the external wall surface, using a glass capillary tube having infinite small contact angle between the internal surface of capillary tube and the liquid, and adopting capillary tube rising system surface tension measuring method.
