PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which is configured to consider not only the improvement of electric characteristics (prevention of increase in ESR) or the like but also the suppression of increase in product weight, the maintenance of operability efficiency or the like. SOLUTION: A first conductive adhesive 4 is applied to a part of a top surface of a cathode layer 1 formed at an outer periphery of an element, and curing is made by pressing an adhesion portion of a cathode terminal 2 onto it. Further, the application of a second conductive adhesive 5 is performed from a surface on the side opposite to the surface, which is bonded to the first conductive adhesive of the cathode terminal, to the cathode layer, and the curing of the second conductive adhesive is made in a state where the cathode terminal and an outer surface of the cathode layer are connected by means of the second conductive adhesive. The cathode layer, outer surface, and cathode terminal are electrically connected to increase connection area, thereby the electric characteristics are improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
