An image control device is provided with an acquisition unit which acquires, from an external device, image data and data relating to the times for which images based on the image data are displayed in the external device, a data storage unit which stores the image data and the time data which have been acquired by the acquisition unit on an image data-by-image data basis, and a priority determination unit which determines the priorities of the image data stored in the data storage unit on the basis of the time data.
