PURPOSE: A compressor driving apparatus and a driving method including the same for compressing a refrigerant are provided to eliminate reliability degradation by the damage of an OP-AMP in the compressor drive process, because a differential voltage of the motor is computed without a separate OP-AMP. CONSTITUTION: A compressor driving apparatus comprises a motor(50), an inverter(30), a sensing unit(70), and a control unit(40). The compressor has a motor. The inverter has a switching device and drives the motor by outputting power having a predetermined phase and amplitude with the switching operation. The inverter comprises a first output terminal for providing the power to the motor and a second output terminal. The sensing unit measures the first output voltage of the first output terminal constituting a motor and an LC resonance circuit. The control unit computes a differential voltage for a driving voltage production based on the measured first output voltage. |
