PURPOSE: A food intake measurement apparatus and food intake monitoring system using the same are provided to monitor kind and calorie of user ingested food in remote site and to confirm balance of the user ingested food. CONSTITUTION: A measurement unit(110) measures a sound which generates when user ingests food and a movement of the user jaw ingesting food. A communication unit(130) transmits sensing data which becomes by using measured food sound information and motion information to an external apparatus. A controller(190) controls the communications unit for transmitting the sensing data to outside.
