METHOD FOR THE AUTOMATED AND MICRODOSED LUBRICATION OF MACHINE ASSEMBLIES

The method is intended for lubricating various machine assemblies. The method comprises respectively feeding, along independent pipes from a lubricating station and a station for preparing a gaseous carrier medium, a liquid lubricating material and a gaseous carrier medium to a feeder, in which doses of the liquid lubricating material are cyclically engulfed by the gaseous carrier medium, and a continuous stream of a mixture of the liquid lubricating material and the gaseous carrier medium is created, said mixture being transported along supply lines and fed to the assemblies for lubrication and the gaseous carrier medium subsequently being removed from said assemblies. The turbulent stream of mixture is transformed by means of a reduction in the gaseous carrier medium rate in the supply lines into a laminar stream of mixture, forming a continuous elastohydrodynamic flowing film of liquid lubricating material which is transported along the supply lines, and, before said stream of mixture is fed to the assemblies for lubrication, it is directed into stream dividers for dividing the incoming stream of mixture into at least two secondary streams. The technical result is an increase in the service life of the assemblies for lubrication and an increase in the economy of dosing the liquid lubricating material.
