METHOD FOR THIN FILM COATING OF PALLADIUM ALLOY ON POROUS METAL SUBSTRATE
摘要
PURPOSE: A method for thin film coating of palladium alloy on a porous metal substrate is provided to minimize the used amount of noble metal when manufacturing a hydrogen membrane by forming a palladium alloy coating layer through a printing process. CONSTITUTION: A method for thin film coating of palladium alloy on a porous metal substrate is as follows. Ceramic oxide is coated on the surface of a flat plate, and palladium alloy is coated on the top. A porous metal supporter is laminated in a layer form. The laminated structure is plasticized in a hydrogen atmosphere so that the palladium alloy is transited to the porous metal supporter.
