PURPOSE: A ceramic ball membrane filter and a ceramic ball are provided to simultaneously implement a fine impurities, organic compounds, and solid material filtering function, an odor absorbing function, and an ion substituting function. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic ball membrane filter and a ceramic ball include a cylindrical internal housing, an intermediate hard film, an upper part(A), and a lower part(B). The cylindrical internal housing is filled with ceramic balls with different diameters. The intermediate hard film includes a plurality of water through holes between the ceramic balls. The upper part and the lower part prevent the discharge of the ceramic balls.
