PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring an ignition signal are provided to accurately analyze ignition signals by variously programming a Complex Programmable Logic Device or Field Programmable Gate Array. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring an ignition signal comprises an input channel(100), an A/D converter(200), and a Complex Programmable Logic Device(300). The input channel receives an ignition signal from a vehicle. The A/D converter converts the analog ignition signal into a digital signal. The CPLD receives the digital signal and reverses the digital signal. The apparatus outputs the reversed digital signal.
