PURPOSE: A plate for coordinate synchronizing based on an image is provided to easily coincide a coordinate system of an image data obtained from a model similar to a anatomical structure inside a mouth of a patient and a coordinate system of a processing device performing real processing as a reference marker. CONSTITUTION: A plate for coordinate synchronizing based on an image includes a body(12) of a plate form and a marker(16). A reference maker is projected on upper surface of the main body. The reference marker extracts one circle plane surface from three coordinate selected from a surface outline of a projected part. A housing part(14) is formed on upper surface fo the body and a reference marker is formed inside an receiving part.
