PURPOSE: The direct heating portion warms but it is rapidly heat-conducted and the far infrared rays is emitted in the indirect heating part at the same time. It is cooked with the far infrared rays and the cooking time can be shortened a lot. CONSTITUTION: A cooker(10B) having mica layer comprises a direct heating unit(11), an indirect heating unit(12), and a sealed end(13). The direct heating unit has a metal inner layer(1), a metal outer layer(2), and a metal latent-heat middle layer(3). In the indirect heating unit, the metal inner layer and a metal outer layer are formed. The indirect heating unit comprises a vacuum layer(5) and the mica layer. The vacuum layer is formed includes the space as much as the metal latent heat middle layer thickness. The mica layer is formed inside the vacuum layer. It performs fused deposition the epidermis layer end of rim part within the metal of the indirect heating part and the sealing up end is welded.
