<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption from such condition that a sub CPU increases unnecessary power consumption in order to continue operating also in the condition that processing used as a control object is not performed. <P>SOLUTION: A processor 100 includes a processing circuit 40, a main CPU 1 as the first processor, the sub CPU 2 as the second processor, a switching circuit containing the first to the third selectors 45-47 and a power switch 3. The processing circuit 40 performs processing based on the first control information. The CPU1 generates the second and the first control information in the first and second modes and outputs them. The CPU2 receives the second control information in the first mode, generates the first control information in the third mode based on the second control information received in the first mode, and outputs it. The switching circuit gives the second control information to the CPU2 in the first mode, and gives the first control information which the CPU1 outputs in the second mode and the CPU2 outputs in the third mode to the processing circuit 40. The power switch 3 supplies the operating power to the CPU2 in the first and third modes, and does not supply the operating power in the second mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
