PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type monitor development control device for automatically developing a monitor without manual monitor development directions of a user if automatic development of the monitor is estimated to be preferable when the user switches on an accessory switch. SOLUTION: When turning-off of the accessory switch is detected, the control device detects whether that equipment that uses the developed storage type monitor is image output equipment. If the fact that the equipment that uses the developed storage type monitor is the image output equipment is detected, it is updated and stored. If the control device stores the fact that the image output equipment uses the storage type monitor when turning-on of the accessory switch is detected later, automatic development and operation of the monitor are directed. Even when the monitor is set not to develop always when the accessory switch is turned on, development and operation of the storage type monitor are directed if the image output equipment is previously used.
