PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit retaining high-gain characteristics, even in a high-frequency range, and to provide an electronic device having the power supply circuit. SOLUTION: The power supply circuit 10 includes a first error amplifier which compares a predetermined reference voltage with an output voltage from a feedback voltage generating circuit and amplifies an error between the reference voltage and the output voltage to input the amplified error to the feedback voltage generating circuit, and a gain adjusting path which is disposed in parallel with the first error amplifier and adjusts a high-frequency range gain of an output from the first error amplifier.
