PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device preventing distortion in a plate part of a front cover of the display device. SOLUTION: A display device includes: a first panel having a display screen; a second panel which has corner parts and overlaid with the first panel; a plate part joined with the second panel from a side opposite to the first panel; and a recessed part provided at a position, out of the corner parts, on a surface of the second panel on which the plate part is joined.
