PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new structure mechanism that allows different, new, convenient, and quick input utilization using voiceprint authentication by voice recording in addition to a simple fingertip input on a mobile phone. SOLUTION: With a mobile phone having a sound recording function being closed without holding by hand and opening, talking key words on a directional wireless microphone as a first step switches ON the mobile phone to enable sound recording input and start activation. The voiceprint-authenticated voice is separated into "Emergency" and "Normal." The contents at "Emergency" are stored and registered at a registration processing center at the same time when they are converted into signals or symbols. The voice recorded using a recognition function determines the contents of voiceprint authentication words with pre-registered voice quality voiceprint of a registrant, and by only talking intention or request (predefined contents) such as pre-registered words and sentences on the directional wireless microphone as key words for which voiceprint authentication recording registration is performed to the pre-registered partner, output access is continued until the partner confirms the contents.
