PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low profile of a piezoelectric device having a piezoelectric vibrator that is hollow-held by lead wires. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device includes a piezoelectric vibrator 11 having first and second electrodes 11A, 11B, a first lead wire 12A one end of which is connected with the first electrode 11A for hollow-holding the piezoelectric vibrator 11, a second lead wire 12B one end of which is connected with the second electrode 11B for hollow-holding the piezoelectric vibrator 11, and a surface 13 on which the other ends of the first and second lead wires 12A, 12B are placed. An arrangement place of the first electrode 11A on the piezoelectric vibrator 11 is separated from the other end of the first lead wire 12A as compared with an arrangement place of the second electrode 11B, while an arrangement place of the second electrode 11B on the piezoelectric vibrator 11 is separated from the other end of the second lead wire 12B as compared with an arrangement place of the first electrode 11A.
