PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand device having a small sized gripper, finely adjusting a holding position without requiring a tool changer or an actuator other than a claw opening and closing. SOLUTION: The gripper device is equipped with: a chuck claw part for holding a workpiece; a slider part which includes the chuck claw part and moves in the same direction as the opening and closing direction of the chuck claw part; a gripper body which is equipped with the actuator and operates in opening/closing in the same direction as the slider part by the actuator, a spring energizing the slider part and the gripper body for pulling; and a plurality of holes which are formed on the slider part and have a projection shape claw part of the gripper body fitted thereto. When the spring is in a stretched state, the gripper body is opened and closed, and the fitting position of the claw part and the hole of the gripper body is changed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
