PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet that is excellent in drop impact resistance and repulsion resistance and has light-reflecting and/or light-blocking properties. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet having light-reflecting and/or light-blocking properties includes a multi-layered adhesive layer having a multi-layer structure on at least one surface of a base material, and has light-reflecting and/or light-blocking properties characterized by ≥60(%) reflectance of at least one surface and/or ≤0.3(%) transmittance. The multi-layered adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the base material comprises a crosslinked adhesive layer having a structure in which a resin component serving as an adhesive component is crosslinked and an adhesive layer having a structure in which the degree of crosslinking is lower than that of the crosslinked adhesive layer. The surface of the crosslinked adhesive layer is a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface, and a barrier layer is formed between the crosslinked adhesive layer and the adhesive layer having the structure in which the degree of crosslinking is low, provided that the barrier layer suppresses or prevents migration of components of the individual adhesive layers.
