PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of a building, which can improve the degree of freedom of planning and can be applied to a building having a large plane area, such as a multiple dwelling house and an office building. SOLUTION: The frame structure 1 of a building is configured to include an outer peripheral tube frame 5 having a rigid frame structure and formed in a ring shape by outer peripheral columns 3 arranged in an outer peripheral part and outer peripheral beams 4 connecting the outer peripheral columns 3, a reinforced concrete slab 6 disposed inside the outer peripheral tube frame 5 and supported by the outer peripheral columns 3 and the outer peripheral beams 4, and a ring-shaped inside beam 7 formed integrally with the slab 6 so as not to be connected to the outer peripheral tube frame 5.
