The invention relates to an assembly for controlling energy flow, wherein the assembly is provided with an electric drive motor (18) for driving the motor vehicle, an inverter (15) connected to the drive motor (18), a DC voltage intermediate circuit connected to the inverter (15) and a drive battery connected to the DC voltage intermediate circuit. The assembly comprises a motor contactor (1) which is designed to disconnect the drive motor (18) from the inverter (15) in response to a control signal, and a connection (16) for an external AC voltage source that is arranged between the inverter (15) and motor contactor (1). The invention further relates to a vehicle comprising such an assembly. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for stabilizing an electric energy supply network having such an assembly.
