PURPOSE: A data operating method of a terminal having three display units and terminal supporting the same are provided to maximize an availability of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A first and second display units(210,220) are arranged on the same side. A third display unit(230) is arranged on the different side of the first and second display unit. A storing unit(150) stores power control mode of a display unit controlling supply power of the first to the third display unit and data output direction control mode value indicating the output direction of data according to the activation of the application program. A control unit(160) outputs a data corresponding to the application program which is activated according to the setting value of the display power control mode and the data output direction control ode to a specific display unit.
