PURPOSE: A rescue ladder having a pulling wire is provided to enable users to safely evacuate downstairs when a fire occurs. CONSTITUTION: A rescue ladder having a pulling wire comprises: a front cover(101) covering a shelter path; a front cover horizontal bar(105) which is installed in order to slip in the front side of the front cover; a front cover handle(107) installed in the center of the front cover horizontal bar; a jaw guide(109) which is formed so that a jaw of a backside cover can be projected; a back side cover attached to the back side of the shelter path; a pulling wire attached to one side of the front cover; a ladder fixing post fixed to one side of the shelter path; a ladder moving post; a plurality of foot support units; and a backside surface cover hinge.
