PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper blade rubber composition, along with a wiper blade, having low friction force at operation even if containing a silicone rubber as a main component, and hardly generating friction noise such as chattering noise and brake squeal. SOLUTION: The rubber composition containing the silicone rubber: 100 pts.mass, a silicone oil having kinematic viscosity at 23°C of 100-10,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/sec: 0.1-20 pts.mass, and at least one kind of graphite and silica having a hydrophobized surface: 5-50 pts.mass at total is molded to make the wiper blade.
