PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector 1 capable of effectively suppressing looseness in coupling of a male housing with a female housing without increasing the number of part items. SOLUTION: The waterproof connector 1 includes a connecting terminal 2 having an electric connecting portion 21 connectable to a counter connecting terminal of a counter connector and a locked portion 22; a housing 3 having a terminal housing portion 33 capable of receiving the connecting terminal 2 and a locking portion 34 capable of fixing the electric connecting portion 21 at a predetermined position by locking with the locked portion 22 of the terminal 2 received in the terminal housing portion 33; a seal member 4 capable of liquid-tightly sealing the housing 3 by contacting with the counter connector; and a fixing member 5 capable of fixing the seal member 4 at a predetermined position.
