发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NI-BASED SUPERALLOY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING NUCLEAR FUEL ASSEMBLY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make mechanical strength properties of Inconel 718 equivalent to or more than that of Inconel X-750. SOLUTION: Ni-based superalloy consisting of, by weight, 50-55% Ni, 17-21% Cr, 2.8-3.3% Mo, 4.75-5.5% Nb, 0.65-1.15% Ti, 0.2-0.8% Al, and the balance essentially comprising Fe, is subjected to solution treatment (S1) at 1,010 to 1,070°C, followed by aging treatment (S3) thereto at 680 to 720°C for 5 to 20 hours. The Ni-based superalloy may be subjected, after the solution treatment (S1) but before the aging treatment (S3), to cold working (S2) at a working ratio of≤15%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
