PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeding structure which fills minute unevenness of a surface of a conductive member and a gap caused by inclination of a contact surface, reduces contact resistance, and also exhibits excellent durability. SOLUTION: The power feeding structure includes a pair of feeding bus bars 1, 2 to which a current is fed, and a metal sheet 10 formed of plastically deformable metal material interposed between mutually opposite contact surfaces 1A, 2A of these feeding bus bars 1, 2.
