PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head capable of reliably preventing malfunction caused by static electricity, and to provide a method for manufacturing the liquid jetting head. SOLUTION: An electrically conductive film 46 is formed under a continuous condition on at least a first face, and a second face of a nozzle plate 22 and the inner peripheral face of a nozzle 27. On the first face, a liquid repellent layer 49 is formed on parts except regions electrically communicated with electrically conductive members (a unit fixed plate 17 and a head cover 18), and the electrically conductive members are electrically communicated to the electrically communicating regions 50 where the liquid repellent layer is not formed on the first face, and are electrically grounded to the earth.
