PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack that can excellenty fix square batteries and improve manufacturing yield and manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: The battery pack includes a plurality of square batteries 1 respectively having a metallic can and an insulating outer package and a case having a first support member and a second support member forming a plurality of fixing parts 50 together with the first support member. Each fixing part 50 has a first contact part 60 and a second contact part 70. The first contact part 60 includes protrusions 61, 62 while the second contact part 70 includes protrusions 71, 72. The protrusion 61 is in contact with the side face S within a range of 22% of the length of the side face S from a corner A1 and is at least partially in contact with the side face S within a range of 17-22% of the length of the side face S from the corner A1. The protrusion 71 is in contact with the side face S within a range of 22% of the length of the side face S from a corner A2 and is at least partially in contact with the side face S within a range of 17-22% of the length of the side face S from the corner A2.
