PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of enhancing the processing number of specimens per unit time. SOLUTION: Raman scattered light Lfw by gold particles 51 is photometrically measured before a magnetic reagent is dispensed, and the Raman scattered light by the gold particles 51 not bonded to an antigen 50 to be analyzed is photometrically measured in a state that the magnetic particles 52 not bonded to the antigen 50 to be analyzed and a composite 53 are removed from a reaction container 11 after the composite 53 is formed, so that a photometric value before the dispensation of the magnetic reagent is corrected so as to correspond to the concentration of the gold particles 51 after the dispensation of the magnetic reagent. By operating a difference between the correction value and the photometric value after reaction, the intensity of the Raman scattered light by the composite can be acquired without measuring the Raman scattered light by the composite 53 itself.
