PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a narrow directional microphone which can prevent an acoustic resistance material stuck to the outer side of an acoustic tube from being damaged by stress from the outside to cause the change of the acoustic resistance material and the degradation of a frequency response, reduce the adhesion area of the acoustic resistance material and save the amount of the acoustic resistance material. SOLUTION: The narrow directional microphone includes: a microphone unit; the acoustic tube 2 for which an opening 3 is formed on a peripheral wall along the axial direction and the microphone unit is mounted inside; the acoustic resistance material 4 stuck to the surface on the outer side of the acoustic tube 2, for closing the opening 3; and a shielding material 9 for surrounding the acoustic tube 2 together with the acoustic resistance material 4.
