PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of an inspection of a control system in a hydraulic brake system. SOLUTION: In an open state of a boosting linear control valve 172, hydraulic pressure on a power type hydraulic source side of the boosting linear control valve 172 is made as first set pressure PACC0 by an operation of a pump device 65. A holding valve 153 and a boosting mechanism shutoff valve 192 are made closed states, while the boosting linear control valve 172 is made an opened state. When a detection value of a brake cylinder pressure sensor 226 becomes larger than an abnormality decision threshold Pth, the control system is determined to be normal. When the detection value does not reach the abnormality decision threshold Pth, the control system is determined to be abnormal.
