PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel liquid pressure transfer method suppressing design deformation of a transfer pattern, which is apt to generate in the vicinity of the end of a transferred object and the like, as much as possible. SOLUTION: In the method, the transfer film F, which is obtained by attaching the proper transfer pattern P to a carrier sheet by applying transfer ink, is supported on the liquid surface of a transfer vessel 2 in a floating state, and the transferred object W is pressed from against the upper side to transfer the proper transfer pattern P to the transferred object W by liquid pressure thus generated. During the transfer, false objects 62 imitating the transferred object W are mounted on both the outer sides of the transferred object W, and the liquid pressure transfer is conducted. As a result, the transfer film F is prevented from taking a roundabout path to the back surface side at the end of the transferred object W, and the design deformation of the transfer pattern P generated in the portion is suppressed.
