PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric rice cooker capable of making a user easily notice that an inner lid is forgotten to be attached and preventing damage of components by a collision. SOLUTION: A lid body 2 includes an outer lid 21 and an inner lid detachably attached to the inner side of the outer lid. When the inner lid is attached to the outer lid 21, a movable member 100 moves a latch hook 101 to such a position that it can be locked to a hook button 4, so that the latch hook 101 is locked to the hook button 4 to lock the lid body 2 when the lid body 2 having the inner lid is closed. When the inner lid is detached from the outer lid 21, the movable member 100 moves the latch hook 101 to such a position that it is unlocked from the hook button 4, so that the lid body 2 is opened by urging force of a spring when the lid body 2 not having the inner lid is closed.
