摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sticking between a drive plate and a driven plate. SOLUTION: A multi-disc friction engaging device is constituted such that driven plates 81-84 and drive plates 7 are alternately arranged in an overlapping manner between the driven plates 81, 82 located at both axial ends and that a pressing part 21 of a piston 20 pressing the driven plates 81-84 and drive plates 7 in an axial direction abuts on the inner diameter side of the driven plate 81. A tooth part 811 of the driven plate 81 is provided with a projecting part 812 projected to the driven plate 83 side, and the outer periphery of the projecting part 812 is provided with an inclined surface 813 inclining in a direction to thin the radial thickness of the projecting part 812. A tooth part 831 of the driven plate 83 is provided with a projecting part 832 projected to the driven plate 81 side, and the inner periphery of the projecting part 832 is provided with an inclined surface 833 inclining in a direction to thin the radial thickness of the projecting part 832.
