The transmitter has a small pipe (10) arranged coaxially in a large pipe (20). A flow pass (3) is formed inside the small pipe and another flow pass (4) is arranged in a space between the small pipe and the large pipe. The small pipe and large pipe are combined into a tube bundle (12). The latter flow pass extends over tube length, so that two differently shaped heat transmitter portions are defined and are connected to each other. The latter flow pass is represented by spiral-like structures in a pipe wall of the large pipe or a pipe wall of the small pipe.
