PURPOSE: An automatic making/output system and corporation establishment wizard are provided to automatically make and output a corporation establish document by guiding the input of basic information. CONSTITUTION: A standard document related to corporation establishment is stored in database. A member inputs the basic information related to the corporation establishment. The document is automatically connected to the standard document in database. The corporation establishment preparation document is printed through an ActiveX program. |
