PURPOSE: A semiconductor cell structure, a semiconductor device with the semiconductor cell structure, and a semiconductor module with the semiconductor device are provided to use unit cells which have a uniform alignment relation in a semiconductor cell structure, thereby enhancing electrical features. CONSTITUTION: First and second dummy patterns(42,44,46,48) are expanded from first and second gate patterns. The first and second dummy patterns contact second ends respectively. The first and second dummy patterns are in parallel each other. Second ends are orthogonal to first ends. A first conductive pattern(94) makes a straight line with the first and second dummy patterns. The first conductive pattern is arranged among first to fourth gate patterns.
