<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation device that efficiently converts vibrating energy into electric energy. <P>SOLUTION: A seat for mobile vehicles includes a seat cushion frame 2 which supports the butt of a passenger, a seat back frame 3 which supports the back of the passenger, a cushion pad 6 which is mounted on the seat cushion frame 2 and the seat back frame 3, and a cover material 7 which covers the cushion pad.
