<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply outdoor unit capable of draining rainwater on a gas cooler cover without accumulation. <P>SOLUTION: The hot-water supply outdoor unit includes a unit base 2 to be used as a bottom plate of a body 1, a gas cooler case 4 installed on the unit base and housing a gas cooler 3, and the gas cooler cover 6 covering the gas cooler case.
